Resolution to Amend Bylaws voted in at the 2024 Annual Meeting. Pursuant to Article IX, of the Bylaws of Upper Twin Lake Homeowners Association d/b/a Twin Lake Association (the “Bylaws”), the Bylaws were amended to allow virtual meetings and to add language to comply with IRS tax exemption requirements.
